Explore our products here. Ordering is currently available only to invited friends and family through our private shop, which requires an access code.

How do I order?

Invited friends and family can email an order request from the private shop. We’ll confirm availability, timing, shipping or pickup and your final total before payment.

Can I try a sample before ordering?

If you haven’t tried a product before, you’re welcome to request a smaller sample before ordering the regular size. Samples are offered at a lower price than the full-size product. Email us with the products you’d like to try, and we’ll confirm available sample sizes and pricing.

When will my order be ready?

Most products are made after you order and are typically ready to ship or pick up in 4–8 weeks. Soap bars may be available sooner. Orders depend on availability and our preparation capacity; We’ll confirm your timing.

Is shipping included?

Shipping is quoted separately before payment. Pickup may also be arranged; contact us to discuss the details.

How do I choose a soap scent?

Include your scent preference in the notes on the cart page. We’ll confirm availability and ingredients for your bar.

Are Sisothecary products only for dry skin?

I began making products with my own dry skin in mind. Family members with normal, oily and combination skin, in California and on the East Coast, have also shared positive experiences. These are personal observations, and everyone’s skin is different. Review the ingredients and choose what suits your own needs; ask us for the complete ingredients for your batch.

Why might the body balm have a natural aroma?

We use raw, unrefined and undeodorized shea butter. The limited-edition body balm also contains cocoa butter with its natural aroma. Because these butters retain their natural aroma, you may notice their characteristic scent.

Each product page describes ingredient highlights and directions. Request the complete ingredients for your batch before use, and see product information and precautions.

Does the Mineral Tint provide sun protection?

Both formulas are in development. SPF and broad-spectrum protection have not been established. The balm’s water resistance has not been verified. Use a tested sunscreen for sun protection.
