Your information

Privacy policy

At Sisothecary, we value the trust you place in us. This page explains how information is handled when you visit our site or contact us.

Information you share

When you email a question, request samples or send an order request, you may provide your name, email address, selected products, delivery destination and any notes you choose to include. We use this information to respond, discuss availability and fulfill accepted orders.

Using the friends & family shop

The shop stores your cart in your browser’s local storage. You can clear it through your browser settings. Your order request is prepared in your browser and opens in your email app; it is sent when you choose to send the email. The private shop uses a session cookie to remember access after you enter the shared code.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and helps protect the shop. Email providers and, when an order is placed, shipping or payment providers may process information needed to provide their services under their own privacy practices. Technical information, such as an IP address, may be processed to deliver and protect the site.

Questions and your information
